In most troubleshooting scenarios, Promise Support will need the Service Report to diagnose the problem. The Service Report contains event logs, configuration details, and the status of all hardware components.

After logging into WebPAM Insight, start at the Dashboard menu. This menu provides a real-time overview of the physical enclosure hardware and functional systems of the PegasusPro.

To download the Service Report, click on the arrow icon to open the drop-down menu and select Download Service Report.
