For MAC users
Driver is built-in with SANLink3 N1 so you don’t need to install it. However, you should make sure that the OS is compatible with SANLink3 N1.

- Upgrade to OS 10.13.3 or above
- Plug in and use
For Windows users
Driver is available to download from Promise website, and it’s required to install it. Also, you should make sure that the Windows version is compatible with SANLink3 N1.
- Check the Windows version
- Make sure it’s Windows 10
- Download and install driver
