Check  these key areas:

  • If License Server machine has Promise VessRAID disk device:
    • If no, please add it and reboot License Server machine.
    • If still not work, reinstall License server and Acronis Backup and Recovery.
       

  • Please check License Server license usage info to see if the license was revoked.
    • If the license was revoked, reinstall Acronis Backup and Recovery.
