There are a few basic rules for using x10 and x30 subsystems together.
E610 and J630 or J830
VTrak for Mac: a Jx30 may not be connected to an E610; it is not supported by the current firmware.
Channel VTrak: a Jx30 may be connected to an Ex10 as long as the Ex10 is running the latest firmware, but this should only be done where a Jx10 is not available.
E630 or E830 and J610
Attaching a J610 or J310 to an E630 or E830 is NOT supported.
Notes
- The mixing of Channel and Mac OSX E-Class and J-Class versions is NOT supported.
- The Channel Ex10 & Jx10 and Ex30 & Jx30 versions are NOT supported by Mac OSX.
- The VTrak for Mac versions are optimized for Mac OSX, but will work with other operating systems such as Windows, Linux, etc.
