What ports are used by the BitTorrent Download Station in SmartNAVI?
The Download Station uses the following ports listed below to access the BitTorrent and eDonkey Networks. If you are experiencing issues such as “unable to connect” you may need to open the ports on your router and or firewall (see router manual for information on “how to”). This information applies to Torrent Downloads only. If you are attempting to download from HTTP or FTP Links, you do not need to open any ports unless you have ports 80 and 21 blocked (these are always open in routers and firewalls by default).
