Summary
The Write Check Table is used to hold LBA entries with Write Error Blocks on a per LD (logical disk) basis.
Write Error Blocks are the LBAs which failed write command to the drive and also failed the re-assign command. Write Check Table is used to record these LBAs. Any read or write to these blocks will be returned with medium error.
