Conditions:

The first time log-in to WebPAM PRO by using the system's host name for the URL.

 

Failure Mode/Symptom:

Entering the system name for the URL, but WebPAM PRO does not run. The default web page will not work if the system name is not resolved in DNS to it's own IP address.

 

Solution/Workaround:

In order to use WebPAM PRO you have to change the URL to http://127.0.0.1:8443 to start WebPAM PRO, and then add the subsystem (again 127.0.0.1) before you can see enclosures, arrays or disks.
