Conditions:

Install WebPAM PRO and then uninstall WebPAM PRO.

 

Failure Mode/Symptom:

After installing WebPAM PRO, many wpp log files left in the root directory (profilexxx, zprofilexxx ...)

 

Solution/Workaround:

None.

 

Additional Comments:

This is the bug from the installation program “Installanywhere”.  The WebPAM PRO installation uses the Installanywhere  program. 

Technically speaking it would be possible to simply delete these files during uninstall. However, an engineer from “Installanywhere” did not recommend this approach. Another product installed with IA may be using these files as a backup, and deleting the files would prevent the various profile files from being reverted back to their original state.
