SANLink only functions as a Fiber Channel Initiator. Although it allows local access to Pegasus Direct Attached (DAS) to SAN Link, there are no plans at this point to change its implementation.
SANLink is geared to allow connectivity to Mac Book Pro, Mac Book Air, iMac and Mac Mini to a Fiber Channel SAN. Pegasus can be connected to SANLink as an “End Device”.
