Prior to calling Promise Technical Support for any PegasusM4 related issues, please capture and prepare the Service Report:

 

1.Open the Promise Utility Pro, make sure that Pegasus M4 could be detected, and select it.

2.Go to controls tab > select M4 device > select three dots > Device Service Report.

The output will be a zip file.

Generating a service report is vital in assisting Technical Support with the resolution of Pegasus issues.
