Follow these steps to reset the admin password for your PegasusPro R8/R16 or VTrak N1616:

Steps to Reset the Admin Password

  1. Access the WebPAM InSight Login Page:

    • Open your browser and navigate to the WebPAM InSight login page.
    • Click on "Forgot Admin Password?"
  2. Enter the Unit's Serial Number (S/N):

    • Follow the on-screen prompts to input the unit's Serial Number (S/N).
    • The Serial Number can be found on the back of the unit.
