Note: This feature is only available for the Owner, and not for the members registered to the Apollo device.

Make sure you have your external USB drive connected to your Apollo device before executing the process.

A. How to Execute a USB Transfer (iOS)

  1. Open the Apollo Utility app and click on the Settings

  2. Click on the USB Transfer icon.
  3. The name of your USB External Device will be displayed in this screen.
    Click Start to execute the USB Transfer process.
  4. The 2nd screen will display the USB Transfer progress.
  5. In the 3rd screen, you will receive a message once the USB Transfer completed successfully.
    Click Done once it has completed successfuly.

B. How to Execute a USB Transfer (Android)

  1. Open the Apollo Utility and click on the menu icon on the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Click on the Settings icon
  3. Click on the USB Transfer option.
  4. The name of your USB External Device will be displayed in this screen.
    Click Next to execute the USB Transfer process.


  5. The 2nd screen will display the USB Transfer progress.


  6. In the 3rd screen, you will receive a message once the USB Transfer completed successfully.
    Click Done once it has completed successfuly.


  7. In the main menu of the Apollo Utility, the USB Transfer progress is also displayed. A yellow indicator light will also be displayed during USB Transfer process.
