Note 1: This feature is only available in Apollo Cloud 2 Duo models. In the Apollo 1 Series, only the owner of the Apollo can remove a registered member.
Note 2: Only a registered Apollo 2 Duo member can discontinue their membership. The owner will have to reset the Apollo device to unclaim ownership of the Apollo 2 Duo.
A. How to Discontinue Membership (macOS Utility)
- Open the Apollo Utility and click on the Preferences (gear icon).
- Click on the Settings icon.
- Click on Discontinue Membership at the bottom of the page.
B. How to Discontinue Membership (Windows Utility)
- Open the Apollo Utility and click on the Preferences (gear icon) on the left panel.
- Click on the Settings icon.
- Click on Discontinue Membership at the bottom of the page.
- Type CONFIRM and click OK to Discontinue the Membership.
