Note 1: This feature is only available in Apollo Cloud 2 Duo models. In the Apollo 1 Series, only the owner of the Apollo can remove a registered member.

Note 2: Only a registered Apollo 2 Duo member can discontinue their membership. The owner will have to reset the Apollo device to unclaim ownership of the Apollo 2 Duo.

A. How to Discontinue Membership (iOS Utility)

  1. Open the Apollo Utility.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Click on Apollo 2 Duo.
  4. Click on Discontinue Membership.

  5. Type CONFIRM in the pop-up window and click OK.

B. How to Discontinue Membership (Android Utility)

  1. Open the Apollo Utility and click the Menu button on the top corner of the screen.
  2. Click on Settings from the left panel.
  3. Click on Apollo 2 Duo.
  4. Click on Discontinue Membership.
  5. Type CONFIRM in the pop-up window and click OK.
