To determine the manufacturer warranty on your product please follow these steps:
1. Create a user profile on Promise Technology’s support site: https://support.promise.com. Click on “New User Registration”.
2. Once registered highlight “Product Registration” and select “Register”.
3. Select the product you would like to register and the quantity. Under details for the system enter the serial number of you product in the field provided and click “Get Warranty”
