Note: Resetting the Apollo from the utility, will erase all the contents and data associated with the device.
In addition, this will un-claim the device from the owner of the Apollo 2 Duo.

Only the owner of the Apollo 2 Duo can reset the Apollo.

A. How to Reset the Apollo 2 Duo (iOS)

  1. Open the Apollo Utility App.


  2. Click the gear icon.
  3. Click on the Apollo 2 Duo device that you want to Reset.
  4. Click the Reset button.


  5. Type CONFIRM in the pop-up window to reset the Apollo 2 Duo device.

B. How to Reset the Apollo 2 Duo (Android)

  1. Open the Apollo Utility app and click the menu button on the top corner.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Select the the Apollo 2 Duo device you want to reset.
  4. Click the Reset button.
  5. Type CONFIRM in the pop-up window to reset the Apollo 2 Duo device.
