Dear Customer,
In case the Webserver can´t be reached by WebPam Pro just open a Command Prompt and follow up the steps
Commands used :
cd \
cd PromiseApp
cd Clitest
Run clitest.exe
swmgt (to check the state of the services)
swmgt -a restart -n webserver
