The default configuration for the management port is DHCP. You can connect it to a DHCP-enabled network and retrieve the IP address from your router or by using an IP scanner. If needed, you can later switch to a static IP. To identify the correct COM port, check the Device Manager. Keep in mind that COM1 and COM2 are reserved by the OS, whether or not a physical port exists. It's worth noting that most modern computers lack a serial port.

In this specific case, the USB to Serial adapter shown in the image is recognized as COM10.

For a more streamlined setup, using TeraTerm (Terminal Emulator) is recommended, which specifically displays active COM ports and is quicker to configure.
