Additional Description: User cannot connect to port 1 under any configuration only port 2 will work
Solution: The Vtrak 15200 controller needs to be reset. You can do this by clearing the FRAM
Reboot the vtrak
Push Ctrl+F key while Vtrak boots up
You will be at a BSP> command promt
Type "diag"
choose "FRAM test & clear"
Type "reset"
