If you experience connectivity issues when using a USB connection with your Pegasus 32, please ensure that the connection is made through Port A. Here’s a quick guide to resolve this:

1. Verify USB Port A Usage: Ensure the USB cable connects to Port A on the Pegasus 32. Port A is the USB 3.2 port marked with a computer icon.

2. Reconnect to Port A: To switch to Port A safely, follow these steps:
- Power Down the Host Computer: Completely shut down your computer to avoid data transfer interruptions.
- Switch the Cable to Port A: Move the USB connection to Port A on the Pegasus 32.
- Power On the Computer: Turn the computer back on, and the connection should now be stabilized through the correct port.

Using the designated Port A for USB connections ensures proper compatibility and performance with the Pegasus 32.
