If your login password is comprised of any non-alphanumeric characters, you will not be able to save a subsystem service report while using firmware SR2.6. Please change your password so it contains ONLY alphanumeric characters to correct this issue.

When I use my large capacity USB thrumb drive to flash / update FW or save the system service report, the USB drive is not detected.
