Note 1: This feature is only available in Apollo Cloud 2 Duo models. In the Apollo 1 Series, only the owner of the Apollo can remove a registered member.

Note 2: Only a registered Apollo 2 Duo member can discontinue their membership. The owner will have to reset the Apollo device to unclaim ownership of the Apollo 2 Duo.

A. How to Discontinue Membership (macOS Utility)

Open the Apollo Utility and click on the Preferences (gear icon).
Click on the Settings icon.
Click on Discontinue Membership at the bottom of the page.

B. How to Discontinue Membership (Windows Utility)

Open the Apollo Utility and click on the Preferences (gear icon) on the left panel.
Click on the Settings icon.
Click on Discontinue Membership at the bottom of the page.
Type CONFIRM and click OK to Discontinue the Membership.

Note: Resetting the Apollo from the utility, will erase all the contents and data associated with the device.
In addition, this will un-claim the device from the owner of the Apollo 2 Duo.

Only the owner of the Apollo 2 Duo can reset the Apollo.

Open the Apollo Utility app, and click on the gear icon in the utility
Click on the Settings icon.
Click on Reset button at the bottom of the page to reset the Apollo 2 Duo.

B. How to Reset the Apollo 2 Duo (Windows)

Open the Apollo Utility and Click on the gear icon in the utility.
Click on the Settings icon.
Click on the Reset button in the page to reset the Apollo 2 Duo.
